MOORESVILLE, NC – LangTree Peninsula Lake Norman Real Estate continues to grow at Langtree Lake Norman. Lakeside Family Physicians recently opened for business, and more businesses have been announced for the center located off Interstate 77 at Exit 31.
Novant Health holds an 18,000-square-foot space at LangTree, making it a marquee tenant of the community. Novant Health Nurse Midwifery Associates and Novant Health Urogynecology are also welcoming new patients at the LangTree office.
“We promise our patients that ‘No matter where you are, Novant Health is close by,’” Novant Health’s Michelle Helms said in a press release. “Having new physicians offices in the rapidly growing lake community around LangTree helps us keep that promise.”
Also announced are the additions of two restaurants: Block & Grinder and Johnny Rockets. Regus and Reproductive Endocrinology Associates of Charlotte both agreed to rent space.
“Interest in LangTree Lake Norman has always been strong because it is such a unique site,” said Brian Long, vice president of sales and leasing for LangTree Lake Norman (View Website) developer RL West. “We are situated directly on a new interchange, with frontage on one of the busiest interstates in North Carolina, next to the corporate headquarters for a Fortune 50 company in Lowe’s, and along the shoreline of the state’s largest lake. What’s not to like?”
Block & Grinder will take over a 6,700-square-foot space and feature a butcher counter and a wide selection of premium-cut meats, craft cocktails and other offerings. Johnny Rockets Restaurant will be in a 2,500-square-foot space and opening a new drive-thru concept at the location in Mooresville, NC Real Estate for Sale.
Regus announced it has leased the most space at the property, taking over 12,500 square feet for more than 70 key-man office suites.
“Our initial phases of development attracted a fantastic mix of local and regional restaurants and retailers, as well as some big names in the office sector like Novant Health and Regus,” Long said. “We are now garnering attention from retailers and restaurants on a national level and expect that trend to continue. We are excited that out of all the opportunities nationwide, Johnny Rockets chose our site to be debut their new drive-thru concept and expect them to be very successful.”
LangTree Live is also back, featuring 30 straight weeks of live entertainment every Thursday night through October in Mooresville, North Carolina. And Long said even more is to come of the ever-growing community.
“We have a lot in the works out here and expect to be making some significant announcements in the very near future,” Long said. “Concept plans have already been submitted on six more mixed-use buildings, and we expect to have them under construction by late summer to early fall. One will be a 12-story full-service luxury hotel with roughly 35,000 square feet of conference and meeting space.
“Additionally, we will be introducing about 70,000 more square feet of retail, 90,000 more square feet of office space and 100 more residential units. That actually only scratches the surface; you can expect to see a great deal of activity at LangTree Lake Norman over the next couple of years as we are getting ready to really ramp up construction.”
